Safety First

The safety of our employees is our top priority. Our supervisors and foremen conduct weekly safety tool box talks, and all employees receive safety training throughout the year. Donaldson Electric is proud of its low Experience Modification Rates. Our OSHA Recordable Rates are considerably lower than the national average. In addition, our safety policies and procedures are routinely reviewed and updated to comply with OSHA standards. Since Donaldson Electric was founded in 2000, we have never had a lost-time accident.
